WALLOP WATER Trailer Bars a Hit at Riverbend Festival in Chattanooga
The Event
The Riverbend Festival, an annual music festival known for its surveys to understand patrons’ needs and preferences, faced a challenge when the top request in the 2019 report was free event water. We had a fantastic weekend at the Riverbend Festival in Chattanooga, providing chilled, filtered water to thirsty event patrons with our WALLOP WATER Chilled Water Trailer Bars. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and it was the first for the Riverbend Festival to offer free water to event patrons.
Here are some of the key highlights from the event:

- 12,500 event patrons served

- Saved 9,795 kg of c02 to manufacture this many bottles
- Saved 22,608 liters of water to manufacture this many bottles
The Challenge
The festival organizer needed to find a solution that provided this free water fit within their budget and was approved by their contracted beverage supplier.
The Solution
The festival organizer secured a win-win outcome for all parties involved through collaboration and creative thinking. They partnered with Wallop Water, a supplier who saw the value in creating a hydration station trailer as a sponsorship asset. The festival secured funding from a local legal firm dedicated to assisting community groups, who saw the benefit of promoting their causes via digital screens at the hydration station.
As a result, the festival audience had access to free, chilled, filtered water, and the event’s environmental impact was reduced. This solution was a win for the audience, sponsor, vendor, and event organizer, demonstrating the power of collaboration and creative thinking to solve challenges.
