Every single piece of equipment was fully custom-branded. Nothing generic, nothing off-the-shelf. This was a curated deployment of hydration infrastructure from top to bottom.
A year of learning from NRF 2025 went into this deployment. The team arrived on-site one day earlier than officially required to pre-position equipment across the relevant floors. It sounds simple. The impact was anything but — pressure came off, congestion cleared, and when official load-in days kicked off, everything was already exactly where it needed to be.

The WALLOP WATER Wall arrives in the USA
NRF 2026 marked the official North American launch of theWallop Water Wallthree-panel, sponsored by Bank of America and custom-branded for the show floor. It didn’t just show up. It dominated. The Wall recorded the highest usage volume of any station at the event and remained consistently in use across all three days.
The feedback from exhibitors and attendees? “Surprise and delight.” That’s not a bad result for a piece of hydration infrastructure at one of the world’s biggest retail conferences. When your water station is stopping people in their tracks, you know the product — and the sponsorship — is doing something right.
Installation at the Javits was seamless. The carpentry and plumbing teams were fully prepared and proactive. Connections and testing were completed without issue, no rework, no delays. A proof of concept that sets the standard for every US deployment that follows.

A high-visibility, high-traffic asset — the busiest station on the floor — carrying a major brand’s name across three full days of global retail industry foot traffic. That’s not an ops line item. What the data is telling us for NRF 2027
The Lobby Zone is the obvious next frontier — high foot traffic, heavy meeting usage, close to food and beverage. The data support moving or expanding the Water Wall into this space, potentially configured as a cube. The operational playbook is already written and the numbers back it up.
